Privacy Policy

This page explains what information iTrezur collects when you visit itrezur.com, how it is used, and your rights over it. We keep this short and plain.
Who we are
iTrezur is operated by Dimitris Nikitos. You can reach us at dimitris.nikitos@itrezur.com.
What we collect
We collect two things, and only when you choose to provide them:
- Contact form submissions. Your name, email, company/role, and the message you send us through the form on our website.
- Anonymous analytics (only if you click Accept on the cookie banner). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — page views, traffic sources, device type, country-level location. We do not collect names or email addresses through analytics.
We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, behavioural profiling, or third-party retargeting.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and have a conversation about your treasury needs.
- To understand how the website is performing and improve it (analytics, if you opted in).
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who else sees your data (sub-processors)
We use a small number of trusted services to operate the site:
- FormSubmit — relays contact form submissions from the website to our email inbox. Your form data passes through their servers in transit. See formsubmit.co.
- Google Analytics (only with your consent) — collects anonymous usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on this site. Google may receive your IP address when fonts are loaded.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: retained in our email inbox until they are no longer relevant, typically up to 24 months.
- Analytics data: retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
- Cookie / consent preference: stored locally in your browser (localStorage) until you clear it or change your choice via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are based in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it (the "right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw your consent to analytics at any time, via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at dimitris.nikitos@itrezur.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. We do not store form submissions on the website itself — they are relayed to our email and then deleted from the form service. We follow standard security practices to keep your information safe.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy materially, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. For minor wording fixes, we may update without notice.
